Target Information
IL12RB1 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 제1형 막관통 단백질로, hemopoietin receptor 초패밀리에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 interleukin 12와 낮은 친화도로 결합하며, IL12 수용체 복합체의 일부로 작용합니다.
이 단백질은 IL12 결합 활성에 필요한 이황화 결합된 올리고머를 형성합니다.
IL12RB1과 IL12RB2 단백질의 공동 발현은 고친화성 IL12 결합 부위 형성과 IL12 의존 신호 전달 재구성을 유도합니다.
이 유전자의 발현 결핍은 심각한 마이코박테리아 및 살모넬라 감염 환자에서 면역결핍을 초래하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
두 가지 상이한 이소폼을 암호화하는 전사체 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
