- Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
- Store reconstituted solution at 4°C for up to 1 week.

Target Information
TREK-1 is a two-pore-domain background potassium channel expressed throughout the central nervous system. It is activated by polyunsaturated fatty acids and lysophospholipids and regulated by various neurotransmitters. Alterations in TREK-1 function or regulation may influence mood. It is also activated by volatile anesthetics and considered a potential therapeutic target in anesthesiology and neurology, including antidepressant development.
