Target Information

NEK9는 NEK 계열 단백질 키나아제로, 유사분열 시 염색체 배열과 분리를 조절합니다.
N-말단 NIMA 유사 촉매 도메인, GTPase Ran의 RCC1과 유사한 중앙 도메인, 그리고 C-말단 코일드 코일 도메인을 포함합니다.
활성화된 NEK9는 Nek6 및 RCC1과 결합하며, Bicd2 단백질을 인산화합니다.
정상 인간 뇌에서 발현이 확인되었으며, 다양한 정상 및 암 조직 라이브러리에서 EST가 분리되었습니다.
