- Recommended positive controls: HeLa cells (500 µM CoCl₂ treatment for 24 hr and 10 µM MG132 treatment for 2 hr)

Target Information
RAB20 plays a role in apical endocytosis/recycling, maturation and acidification of phagosomes that engulf pathogens such as S. aureus and M. tuberculosis, and in the fusion of phagosomes with lysosomes. [UniProt]
