Target Information
CD361, also known as EVI2B (Ecotropic Viral Integration site 2B) or EVDB, is a type I transmembrane protein encoded within intron 27b of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene. It is expressed from the complementary DNA strand to NF1 and is associated with ecotropic viral insertions linked to murine myeloid leukemias. CD361 is also reported to play roles in melanocyte and keratinocyte differentiation, with predominant expression in peripheral blood and bone marrow.
