Target Information

PDGFRA는 혈소판 유래 성장인자(platelet-derived growth factor) 패밀리의 리간드를 결합하는 세포 표면 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 중간엽 기원의 세포에서 유사분열을 촉진하는 성장인자입니다. 결합하는 성장인자에 따라 수용체 단량체는 α/β 형태의 호모다이머 또는 헤테로다이머를 형성합니다. PDGFRA 결손 마우스 연구 결과, 이 수용체의 α형은 신장 발달에 특히 중요하며, 이형접합 개체는 신장 형성 이상을 보이는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
