Target Information
PDGFRA는 혈소판 유래 성장인자(platelet-derived growth factor, PDGF) 계열의 리간드와 결합하는 세포 표면 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다. PDGF는 중간엽 기원의 세포에 대한 유사분열 인자로 작용합니다. 결합된 성장인자에 따라 수용체는 α 및 β 사슬의 호모다이머 또는 헤테로다이머 형태를 취합니다. PDGFRA 결손 마우스 연구에서, α형 수용체는 신장 발달에 특히 중요하며, 이형접합 개체는 신장 형성 이상을 나타냅니다.
