Target Information
CD46 (MCP, membrane cofactor protein)은 세포 표면의 다기능성 막단백질로, C3b 및 C4b 보체 조각을 결합 및 불활성화하여 면역 반응을 조절합니다.
CD46은 또한 여러 병원체(박테리아 및 바이러스)의 수용체로 작용하며, T 림프구의 항원제시세포 또는 표적세포에 대한 극화를 조절하여 면역 기능에 영향을 미칩니다.
또한 태반 조직을 보호하고 정자 내측 아크로솜막에서도 발현됩니다.
