Target Information
면역글로불린은 두 개의 중쇄(heavy chain)와 두 개의 경쇄(light chain, kappa 및 lambda)로 구성된 기본적인 4중 폴리펩타이드 구조를 가집니다.
Kappa와 lambda는 각각 가변 영역과 일정 영역을 가지며, 일정 영역의 항원성 특성으로 쉽게 구분됩니다.
인간에서 kappa:lambda 비율은 약 70:30입니다.
Kappa light chain에 대한 항체는 백혈병, 형질세포종, 일부 비호지킨 림프종의 식별에 유용하며, 림프구 침윤의 클론성을 입증하는 데 사용됩니다.
클론성 침윤은 악성임을 나타냅니다.
