Target Information
Reticulon-1 (RTN1)은 신경 및 신경내분비 조직에서 특이적으로 발현되는 단백질로, 이전에는 Neuroendocrine-Specific-Protein(NSP)으로 명명되었습니다. NSP 유전자는 인간 염색체 14q21-q22에 위치하며, 세 가지 중첩 단백질 reticulon-1A (NSP-A), reticulon-1B (NSP-B), reticulon-1C (NSP-C)를 암호화합니다. 이들은 공통된 C-말단 영역을 통해 소포체 막에 결합되어 있습니다.
- Reticulon-1A: 약 135 kDa, 다양한 인산화 형태 존재. 소세포폐암(SCLC) 및 카르시노이드 종양에서 신경내분비 분화 검출의 신뢰성 있는 마커로 보고됨.
- Reticulon-1B: 45 kDa 인산단백질, 폐암 세포주 NCI-H82에 제한적으로 존재.
- Reticulon-1C: 23 kDa 비인산화 단백질, SCLC 세포주에서 Reticulon-1A와 함께 발견됨.
