Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조 분말 형태로 배송됩니다. 수령 후 -20°C에 보관하며, 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일간 안정합니다. 장기 보관 시에는 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관하고, 반복적인 동결·해동을 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
