Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on the sample size. The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C. The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

SLC15A2 (PEPT2) belongs to the PTR2/POT transporter (TC 2.A.17) family and is a multi-pass membrane protein. The expression and activity of PEPT2 (SLC15A2) may play a critical role in modulating opioidergic neurotransmission in vivo.
