Target Information
26S 프로테아좀은 20S 코어와 19S 조절체로 구성된 다중촉매 단백질 분해 복합체입니다.
20S 코어는 28개의 비동일 서브유닛으로 이루어진 4개의 링 구조를 가지며, 2개의 α 서브유닛 링과 2개의 β 서브유닛 링으로 구성됩니다.
19S 조절체는 6개의 ATPase 서브유닛과 2개의 비-ATPase 서브유닛을 포함하는 베이스, 그리고 최대 10개의 비-ATPase 서브유닛을 포함하는 리드(lid)로 구성됩니다.
프로테아좀은 세포 내에서 ATP/유비퀴틴 의존적 비리소좀 경로를 통해 펩타이드를 절단하며, 면역프로테아좀은 MHC class I 펩타이드 처리에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
PSMD2 유전자는 19S 조절체 리드의 비-ATPase 서브유닛 중 하나를 암호화하며, TNF 신호전달 경로에도 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 염색체 1에 유사유전자(pseudogene)가 존재합니다.
