Target Information
LPIN2는 지방산 대사 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 마그네슘 의존성 phosphatidate phosphatase 효소로, phosphatidic acid를 diacylglycerol로 전환시켜 triglyceride, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine 생합성에 관여합니다. 또한 핵 내에서 PPARGC1A의 전사 보조활성인자로 작용하여 지질 대사를 조절합니다.
