For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

STOML2 is a mitochondrial protein that regulates mitochondrial biogenesis and activity. It stimulates cardiolipin biosynthesis and binds to cardiolipin-enriched membranes, recruiting and stabilizing proteins such as prohibitin to form functional microdomains.
It plays roles in:

• Cell migration and proliferation
• T-cell activation and calcium homeostasis
• Cellular stress response and mitochondrial hyperfusion (a pro-survival mechanism increasing ATP production)
  It may also regulate plasma membrane domain organization and T-cell receptor signaling.
