Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.
Recommended desalting product: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

SIVA1 induces CD27-mediated apoptosis, inhibits BCL2L1 isoform Bcl-x(L) anti-apoptotic activity, and suppresses NF-kappa-B activation while promoting T-cell receptor-mediated apoptosis.
