Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

FA2H catalyzes the synthesis of 2-hydroxysphingolipids, which contain 2-hydroxy fatty acids.
These sphingolipids are involved in various cellular processes and exhibit structural diversity due to modifications of the ceramide moiety, such as 2-hydroxylation and different head groups.
