Target Information
ABI2 may act in the regulation of cell growth and transformation by interacting with nonreceptor tyrosine kinases ABL1 and/or ABL2.
ABI2 is part of the WAVE complex, which regulates lamellipodia formation and actin filament reorganization via interaction with the Arp2/3 complex.
It also regulates ABL1/c-Abl-mediated phosphorylation of MENA.
