Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
This gene is located on the X chromosome and corresponds to a Y-linked gene encoding a tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) protein. The encoded protein contains a JmjC domain and catalyzes the demethylation of tri/dimethylated histone H3.
