Target Information
Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, E/DFPPPPXD/E 모티프를 포함한 단백질과 결합하는 EHV1 N-terminal 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. 이 단백질은 focal adhesion으로의 단백질 타깃팅에 관여합니다. 중간 영역에는 SH3 및 WW 도메인 결합 단백질과 상호작용하는 proline-rich 도메인이 있으며, C-terminal EVH2 도메인은 tetramerization 및 actin 결합(G 및 F actin)을 매개합니다. VASP는 필라멘트성 actin 형성과 연관되어 있으며, 세포 부착 및 이동에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 integrin–extracellular matrix 상호작용을 조절하는 세포 내 신호 경로에도 관여할 수 있습니다. VASP는 PKA 및 PKG에 의해 조절됩니다.
