Target Information
TNF beta는 tumor necrosis factor family에 속하는 cytokine으로, 림프구에 의해 생성됩니다. 이 단백질은 고도로 유도되며, 분비되고 lymphotoxin-beta와 heterotrimer를 형성하여 lymphotoxin-alpha를 세포 표면에 고정합니다. TNF beta는 염증, 면역 자극, 항바이러스 반응을 매개하며, 발달 중에 2차 림프 기관 형성 및 apoptosis에 관여합니다. 또한 이 유전자의 변이는 나병 type 4 및 건선성 관절염의 감수성과 관련이 있습니다.
