Target Information
MMP13 (Collagenase-3)은 세포외기질 단백질의 분해에 관여하며, 특히 type II collagen에 대한 활성이 높습니다. 또한 type I, III, IV, X, XIV collagen 및 fibronectin, TNC, ACAN 등을 분해합니다. 상처 치유, 조직 재형성, 연골 분해, 골 발달 및 골화 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 유전자 변이는 spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia Missouri type, metaphyseal anadysplasia 1, metaphyseal dysplasia Sphar type과 관련이 있습니다.
