Target Information
PASK는 효모, 초파리, 포유류 등에서 진화적으로 보존된 단백질로, PAS 도메인은 외부 및 내부 자극에 반응하여 다양한 세포 내 신호 전달 경로의 기능을 조절합니다. PASKIN은 PAS A, PAS B 두 개의 도메인과 AMP kinase와 관련된 serine/threonine kinase 도메인을 포함하며, 탄수화물 저장 감소 및 단백질 합성 증가에 관여합니다. 또한 PASKIN 의존적 인산화는 포유류 glycogen synthase의 활성을 억제합니다.
