In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) ZNF24 and rhZNF206 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
ZNF366 has transcriptional repression activity and acts as a corepressor of ESR1. Its function involves CTBP1 and histone deacetylases.
