The TaqMan™ Array Rodent MicroRNA B Card v3.0 contains 384 TaqMan™ MicroRNA Assays enabling accurate quantitation of 306 and 135 unique microRNAs for mouse and rat respectively, in as little as 5 hours.
Three endogenous control assays for each species are included for data normalization, and one non-rodent assay is included as a negative control.

Simplified Sample Handling

After reverse transcription using Megaplex™ RT Primers and optional preamplification with Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers, combine TaqMan™ Universal PCR Master Mix II with each reaction and pipette into the sample loading ports of the TaqMan™ Array Card.
This process simplifies sample handling and increases throughput.

Comprehensive Coverage

Megaplex™ RT Pools and PreAmp Primers are available for human and rodent species, with pre-selected and matched content across primer pools and array cards.
Content is derived from miRBase v14 (human) and v15 (rodent), providing near-complete coverage with up-to-date TaqMan™ MicroRNA Assays.
