The TaqMan® Array Human MicroRNA B Card v3.0 contains 384 TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays enabling accurate quantitation of 377 human microRNAs in as little as 5 hours.
Three endogenous control assays are included to aid in data normalization, and one non-human assay is provided as a negative control.

To run this array, purchase of the Megaplex™ RT Primers, Human Pool B v3.0 is required.
An additional preamplification step can be performed using Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers, Human Pool B v3.0 when higher sensitivity or limited sample input is needed.
