Target Information
Monoclonal Anti-Titin은 근육 내 사코메릭 구조의 탄성 필라멘트 연구에 사용됩니다. 또한 rhabdomyosarcomas와 다른 근육 종양의 구분에 유용한 분화 마커로 활용됩니다.
간접 면역형광법을 통해 닭 골격 및 심근 조직 절편에서 전형적인 줄무늬 염색 패턴을 나타냅니다. A-I 접합부 영역을 염색하며, 전자현미경에서 A band 끝에서 약 0.05 mm 떨어진 위치에 장식선을 형성합니다.
면역블롯팅에서 닭 가슴근 추출물 내 titin doublet의 두 밴드에 특이적으로 반응하며 nebulin에는 반응하지 않습니다.
