The 413D12 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD307d (FcRL4, Fc receptor-like 4, FcRH4, IRTA4, IGFP2).
CD307d is an inhibitory receptor highly expressed on a subset of memory B cells in epithelial tissues and mucosal lymphoid tissues such as tonsils.
It recruits phosphatase SHP-1 and acts as an inhibitory receptor in B cells, specifically binding IgA—the only known inhibitory receptor for IgA.
Expression increases in memory B cells from chronic infection patients (e.g., HIV), suggesting a role in reduced antibody response efficiency.

Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated on human tonsil tissue or transfected 293T cells
Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin receptor superfamily, part of several Fc receptor-like glycoproteins on chromosome 1.
The protein has four extracellular C2-type immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain with three immune-receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs.
It may play a role in memory B-cell function in epithelia.
Aberrations in its chromosomal region are associated with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
