For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

NDUFB10 is an accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), believed not to be involved in catalysis.
Complex I transfers electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain, with ubiquinone as the immediate electron acceptor.
Complex I consists of 45 distinct subunits.
