SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5 histone acetyltransferase complex)는 히스톤 아세틸화 효소 복합체로, 촉매 서브유닛으로 Gcn5p를 포함합니다. 이는 전사 인자 TFIID와 기능적으로 중첩되며, 하우스키핑 유전자군과 스트레스 반응 유전자군의 전사 조절에 중요한 역할을 수행합니다.
