PA5-33205는 mouse IgG2a 단클론 항체의 비특이적 결합 수준을 평가하기 위한 음성 대조 시약으로 사용됩니다.
이 항체는 rat 세포(말초혈액 백혈구, 흉선세포, 비장세포, 대식세포)에 대해 음성으로 확인되었습니다.
또한, PA5-33205는 human CD45 항원을 인식하므로, human 백혈구를 양성 대조로 사용할 수 있습니다.
단, human 조직에 대한 음성 대조로는 적합하지 않습니다.
FACS 분석 시, 1×10^6 세포(100 µL)에 제안된 희석액 10 µL를 사용하십시오.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2a는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다.
이 항체는 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, opsonization, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 등의 면역반응에 관여합니다.
또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절 등 면역 반응 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Mouse IgG2a는 ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry 등 연구 및 진단 응용뿐 아니라, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
