PA5-33202는 다음과 같은 rat 조직에서 음성 반응을 보임: 말초혈액 백혈구, 흉선세포, 비장세포, 대식세포.
이 항체는 인간 CD45RA 항원을 인식하므로, 인간 백혈구를 양성 대조로 사용할 수 있음.
본 항체는 인간 조직에서 음성 대조로 사용하기에 적합하지 않음.
FACS 분석 시, 제안된 희석액 10 µL을 사용하여 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)를 표지.
Target Information
Mouse IgG1은 항원에 대한 B세포 반응으로 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형으로, 혈청에서 가장 풍부하게 존재함.
적응 면역반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 반응 등에 관여함.
T세포 활성화 및 B세포 억제 조절에도 관여하며, ELISA, Western blot, 면역조직화학 등 연구 및 진단 응용에 널리 사용됨.
면역치료 및 백신 개발 등 치료적 응용에도 활용됨.
