  • Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  • Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.

  • Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Inward rectifier potassium channels preferentially allow potassium ions to flow into cells. Their voltage dependence is regulated by extracellular potassium concentration, shifting channel opening to more positive voltages as potassium levels increase. Inward rectification results mainly from blockage of outward current by internal magnesium.
