Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure carrier-free conditions.
Target Information
ARHJ belongs to the Rho family of small GTP-binding proteins.
Rho proteins regulate the dynamic assembly of cytoskeletal components involved in various physiological processes such as cell proliferation, motility, and establishment of cell polarity.
They are also implicated in pathophysiological processes including cell transformation and metastasis.
