Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure composed of 28 non-identical subunits (two rings of 7 alpha subunits and two rings of 7 beta subunits).
Proteasomes are abundant in eukaryotic cells and degrade peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent, non-lysosomal pathway.
The immunoproteasome plays an essential role in processing class I MHC peptides.
The PSMA2 gene encodes a 20S core alpha subunit belonging to the peptidase T1A family.
