The Ion Torrent™ Oncomine™ Myeloid Assay GX v2 is a comprehensive targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay designed for sensitive detection of myeloid disorder-associated DNA mutations and RNA fusion transcripts in blood and bone marrow samples.
This assay is compatible with the Genexus™ Integrated Sequencer, which performs library preparation, sequencing, analysis, and reporting in an automated sample-to-result workflow. Depending on the workflow, results can be obtained in as little as a single day.

The Oncomine Myeloid Assay GX v2 is designed to assist in myeloid cancer research.

• DNA panel: 45 key genes
• RNA panel: 30 driver genes covering major myeloid disorders such as AML, MDS, MPN, CML, CMML, and JMML.

The multiplex primer design leverages Ion AmpliSeq™ technology to generate results from multiple samples in a single run. Sequencing results are automatically analyzed by Genexus software using an optimized assay-specific workflow.

구성 및 처리량

The assay kit includes:

• 3 pools of Ion AmpliSeq oligonucleotide primers (2-pool DNA panel, 1-pool RNA panel)
• Genexus Strips 1 & 2-AS library reagents
  Enough to sequence up to 32 samples on the Genexus Integrated Sequencer.
  One end-to-end sequencing run uses one lane on the GX5 Chip and accommodates up to eight samples.
  Additional Genexus sequencer reagents and supplies must be ordered separately.
