Target Information
이 유전자는 class I fructose-biphosphate aldolase 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 해당 단백질은 뇌의 해마와 푸르킨예 세포에서 특이적으로 발현되며, fructose-1,6-bisphosphate 및 fructose 1-phosphate를 dihydroxyacetone phosphate와 glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate 또는 glyceraldehyde로 가역적으로 절단하는 해당과정 효소입니다.
