작동 원리

Each kit contains:

• Positive compensation beads: Polystyrene microspheres with fluorescent antibody conjugate capture capacity
• Negative compensation beads: Inert microspheres

When mixed with a fluorophore-conjugated mouse antibody, the beads generate distinct high-signal positive and negative populations, enabling proper compensation regardless of cell intensity in the experiment.

Species Reactivity

Ideal for all mouse immunoglobulin isotypes:

• IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM

Maximum Laser Compatibility

Compatible with all excitation sources, including UV to 633/635 nm lasers.
Optimized to minimize autofluorescence, even with the 405 nm laser.
