Target Information
TLE1은 다양한 전사 인자들과 결합하는 전사 억제 단백질로, NF-kappa-B에 의해 조절되는 유전자 발현을 억제합니다. 또한 FOXA2, CTNNB1, TCF 계열 전사 인자에 의해 매개되는 전사 활성화를 억제하며, AES와의 결합에 의해 전체 TLE 패밀리의 기능이 조절될 수 있습니다. ESRRG에 대해서는 비정상적인 공동활성화 인자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
