Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human SPARCL1 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human SPARC is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
SPARCL1 is a secreted extracellular matrix protein.
It is highly expressed in lymph node, brain, heart, lung, skeletal muscle, ovary, small intestine, and colon.
Lower expression is observed in placenta, pancreas, testis, spleen, and thymus.
No expression in kidney, liver, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
