Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

ECM1 (Extracellular Matrix Protein 1)는 세포외기질 구성과 세포 부착 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. 피부, 폐, 간 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 암 및 피부 질환 등 여러 질환의 발달과 진행에 관여합니다. ECM1은 콜라겐, 피브로넥틴 등과 상호작용하여 세포 증식, 이동, 침윤을 조절하며, 연골내 골형성, 혈관신생, 종양 생물학에도 관여합니다.
이 단백질의 돌연변이는 피부 및 점막의 비후로 특징지어지는 리포이드 프로테이노시스(Urbach-Wiethe disease)와 관련이 있습니다. 또한 ECM1의 다양한 아이소폼이 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이로 보고되어 있습니다.
