Target Information
HNRPH3는 핵 내에서 광범위하게 발현되는 heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) 서브패밀리에 속합니다. hnRNP 단백질은 RNA 결합 단백질로서 heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA)와 복합체를 이루며, pre-mRNA 가공 및 mRNA 대사, 수송에 관여합니다. 일부 hnRNP 단백질은 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동하며, RNA 결합 특성이 다양합니다. HNRPH3는 두 개의 quasi-RRM 도메인을 가지고 있으며 RNA 결합에 관여합니다. 핵 내 nuclear bodies에 위치하며, 스플라이싱 과정에 참여하고 열충격 유도 스플라이싱 중단 시 일시적으로 hnRNP 복합체를 떠나는 역할을 합니다.
