NOR-1 및 다른 NGFI-B 계열 단백질의 발현 감소는 약물 중독 성향과 관련이 있습니다.
인간 단백질의 세 가지 이소폼(NOR-1, NOR-1β, NOR-1 3' variant)이 보고되었습니다.
