Target Information
SUMO는 작은 유비퀴틴 유사 단백질로, 다른 단백질과 공유 결합 형태로 결합될 수 있습니다. SENP2는 SUMO1, SUMO2, SUMO3의 새로운 합성 형태를 성숙한 결합 가능한 형태로 가공하고, 이들 SUMO 단백질을 기질로부터 탈결합시키는 효소 그룹 중 하나입니다. 또한 SENP2는 CTNNB1 수준을 하향 조절하여 Wnt 경로를 조절할 수 있습니다.
