Target Information
CD146 (MCAM)은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하는 막관통형 당단백질로, 모든 내피세포의 세포 간 접합부에 발현됩니다. 또한 정상 및 악성 세포에서도 관찰됩니다.
CD146은 칼슘 비의존적 세포 부착 분자로서의 역할 외에도, Fyn kinase의 모집 및 세포 내 단백질의 티로신 인산화에 관여하여 세포골격 조립에 영향을 미칩니다.
혈관 조직 내 내피세포 단층의 결합 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, 흑색종 세포의 혈행성 전이를 촉진할 수 있습니다. 또한 배아 발달 동안 신경능선 세포에서 활성화된 부착 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD146은 FYN 및 PTK2의 티로신 인산화를 유도하고, 세포 내 칼슘 농도를 일시적으로 증가시키는 표면 수용체로 작용합니다.
