Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PYCRL encodes a protein belonging to the pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase family of enzymes, which catalyze the final step in proline biosynthesis by converting pyrroline-5-carboxylate to proline.
This cytoplasmic enzyme plays a key role in the biosynthesis of proline from ornithine, with glutamate and ornithine serving as precursors.
