Target Information
TMEM100은 배아기 동맥 내피세포의 분화 및 혈관 형태 발생 과정에서 ACVRL1 수용체 의존적 신호 전달 경로를 통해 작용합니다. 또한 GDF2/BMP9 및 BMP10에 의해 자극받을 때 혈관 신호 전달에 관여합니다.
통각 수용 조절에도 관여하며, TRPA1과 TRPV1의 상호작용을 조절하여 통증 신호 전달에 영향을 미칩니다. TMEM100은 TRPA1-TRPV1 복합체의 상호작용을 약화시켜 TRPA1의 활성 확률을 증가시킵니다.
