Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressed gene 1 (DEC1) is a key protein involved in embryonic cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. It is regulated by hypoxia and may play a role in tumor progression. Loss of DEC1 expression can occur early in lung cancer development, while upregulation under hypoxia is observed in other cancers and may contribute to cell death under extreme conditions.
