This monoclonal Rat anti-Mouse IgG cocktail reacts with all subclasses of mouse IgG and exhibits minimal reactivity to mouse IgA, IgM, and light chains. Cross-reactivity has been observed with swine and human IgG.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, these antibodies can be further purified and modified for enhanced specificity and performance.
