Target Information
U1SNRNPBP is a homolog of U1-snRNP binding protein. Its N-terminal half contains a RNA recognition motif and the C-terminal half is rich in Arg/Asp and Arg/Glu dipeptides, characteristic of various splicing factors.
This gene is differentially expressed in a variety of human tissues. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found, differing in the 5' sequence regions.
